Week 2: Airplanes, trains and automobiles

This week we learned about airplanes, trains and cars.  We focused on the letter A and continued to work on forming the letters in name correctly.  These kids picked up the classroom procedures and are following our class rules like champs!  I think their favorite activity was picking out cars from the car lot that had letters from their name, driving in down the alphabet slide and parking in the ABC lot.   

Week 1: You are Special

We had a great first week of preschool!  These wonderful kids came ready to learn and were able to follow the rules and procedures quickly.  We celebrated how each child is unique and special.  The students had fun spelling, tracing and playing games with the letters in their name.  After a very close vote, the name chosen for our class fish is...... Peanut Butter!  

These kids get along really well and are sweet and funny. It's gong to be a great year!
